Our team conceptualized and designed new features for their digital twin enterprise software, Vera, focusing primarily on tools that manage consumer-facing media and experiences. These tools allow property managers to maintain digital marketing displays while gathering valuable insights into customer engagement.
The concepts feature innovative AR and interactive experiences to enhance engagement between customers and retail brands. We also modernized the software's visual design to better align with high-end retail clients. The result was a pitch-ready offering that balanced elegant design and memorable shopping experiences with robust backend functionality.

Pitch-perfect Concepts Attract Clients But Often Face Implementation Hurdles
While these concepts successfully engaged several new high-end retail and mall clients, the actual feature development required a longer roadmap than anticipated. This made the pitch-first design process less desirable for future investment gathering.
Developing new software features while simultaneously creating a new design system, rather than following an existing one, risks creating a fractured design language that's difficult to implement across the system.
The new visual styling, however, inspired both team and clients with its innovative and stylish approach to software interfaces. It sparked a new visual language for future marketing materials and the consumer-facing mobile app we produced later. Read about it here.
